100 college things 011
May. 19th, 2012 06:49 pmOkay. My course selection: Money and Banking. Communication and Culture in Cyberspace. Disney: Gender, Race, Empire. Lifetime Fitness and Health, the one-credit lab part (because the two-credit lecture which normally accompanies it is, one, full, and two, probably something I already have credit for, or will once I show the college the syllabus from IUP's similar requirement). And at the community college, Word I. Total cost of textbooks, and keep in mind when you look at this figure that the Word I book cost $110: $165. \o/
I'm probably going to end up buying some DVDs for the Disney course, though. We have, or I believe we have, Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Lion King, Pocahontas, Mulan, and Enchanted, though most of those are VHS (boo); we do not that I know of have Lilo and Stitch, The Princess and the Frog, or Tangled. I know we have Cinderella and B&B and Lion King and Enchanted on DVD. I'ma go hunt down DVDs of the others. ETA: total cost, $148, and this is not likely to be reimbursable, unlike the textbooks...not that the Word I book was reimbursable anyway...
