100 college things 27 (yes, I know it's been ages)

I have counted up the number of requirements I have to fill, and there's three years' worth of full-time year-round study there. I already have enough transfer credits to be a senior.

So, whatever I do I'm screwed.

Also, I begin to think the employer education assistance money is simply more trouble than it's worth.

So I begin to wonder whether I should change fields of study from major in economics minor in women's studies to major in women's studies minor in writing. (The former major suits what my employer wants from me given my current job. The latter major and minor suit what I want to do with my life when I'm not on the clock.) The only difficulties here are that I'd have to inform my employer that I'm no longer interested in applying for educational assistance money and that I'd have to change my economics course to a women's studies, writing, or distribution-requirement course at the last minute: fall term starts Monday. Also I'm not sure if my econ textbook can be returned, or if I want to return it; it's still shrink-wrapped and the accompanying access code is untouched, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's returnable (and I'd have to pay shipping), and I do want to study economics—it's just that I want to study feminist economics, and nobody's written that textbook yet.
