kate_nevpeu has a post up pointing out that 'bisexual' is "the commonly-understood term for being attracted to a gender other than your own and your own", which makes ever so much more sense than 'attracted to both women and men'. And it occurred to me that, never mind who I'm sexually attracted to, I've only ever encountered a couple other female-agender genderfluid people. And I am attracted to members of more than one gender. So it is time to revise my identifiers.)
(Speaking of revising identifiers, I'm thinking of changing my username. 'Ellie' is short for 'Elizabeth' and it's a nickname nobody offline uses, and 'Murasaki' is for Shikibu-san, author of The Tale of Genji which is supposed to be the first novel, which is why I picked both parts when I chose this handle. But I've concluded 'Elizabeth' is not my name [dunno what my name is yet, but that's not it] and there's a nonzero possibility that my white ass using a Japanese name in my handle is culturally appropriative [I have learned so much on that subject since I chose this handle].somethingseanchai? I'm half Irish, it wouldn't be appropriative, but I dunno what the first part would be.)
