I think I am too sick to go to work today. I bet I will be too sick to go to work tomorrow. Which means I will certainly be too sick to drive the length of Pennsylvania Saturday. FUCK.

I wanna go to Celtic weekend at the Renaissance Festival up Pittsburgh way and if I don't drive up Saturday then there's no way I can make it to the Festival on Celtic weekend.

Dad says I can drive up Tuesday if I need to. Mom says I shouldn't go at all. But I really wanna see my friends and have a week away from parents/work/etc and see the Festival on Celtic weekend. *pout, stomp foot*

Maybe I should go to work after all. I have cleaned [some of] the bathroom, read a novel, written the What I'm Reading Wednesday post (or the start of it) and the Fiction Friday post (or the bulk of it) for the professional blog I am determined to update properly (starting tomorrow), and that's more than I've accomplished outside work for uh this whole week.

Still feel like crap though.

I find myself wanting to write a nove[l,la,lette] (I have a vague idea in mind; check out [personal profile] alexconall tomorrow for the microfic I want to expand) where the key factor is not The Hero, it's The Fifty Thousand Heroes.

This may pose a narrative problem.
