(shouldn't have thought that last one, because now I have a song in my head, looking up the lyrics I think it's George Jones, that I don't think I've actually heard in ten years. and some of its bits—at least as I recall the recording, because they're not showing up in the MetroLyrics page—are Problematic.)

May. 8th, 2015 06:35 pmGreat. My mother is on Facebook sharing things in support of police officers. I am not going to comment to explain all the ways in which, given the context of cops murdering many many black people, this is wrong wrong wrong. I do not need to fight with her. Uuuugh.
