Why does my new tablet's onscreen keyboard have two equals and no double quotes, and how in the fuck do I fix this? It's Android of some presumably recent description and I am on the default EN-US keyboard. I think.
It would be less of an issue if the tablet and the external keyboard played nicely on a consistent basis.
