I would like it known that excepting three exams which must be proctored (one of which I can't take till after Wednesday, another not till after Monday, and I ain't making a special trip for the third), I am done done DONE with three of my classes.

Dear sister: Going vegan for one meal will not kill you. How do I know this? There are people out there who go vegan for every meal. It does not kill them.

(Basic pizza dough. Roll it out and smear with a couple tablespoons olive oil. Scatter halved cherry tomatoes, a garlic clove or three sliced as thin as manageable, a teaspoon dried oregano, and salt and pepper. Bake in a 475F oven till underside of crust is golden brown. Twelve slices of paradise. Mom wanted basil on hers, which wasn't bad either. It was only when sister wouldn't stop saying real pizza has cheese that I started to get annoyed.)

Dear brother: See this? This is a bookshelf filled with cookbooks. See that? That's a pantry. It's full of meal ingredients. There's another one downstairs. There's also two fridges, three freezers, and a spice rack. See there? That's an oven and a stove. You don't like what I decided to make for dinner? Cook your own fucking food.
