Dear Barnes and Noble:
When I order a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack, I expect to get a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack. Not a Blu-ray all by its lonesome. I certainly do not expect to point out the error to your customer service people and be informed that I got exactly what I ordered. I ordered the Blu-ray that had in the 'includes these items that may be sold separately' list a link to the DVD. I ordered the Blu-ray that, in the product information attached to the reply from customer service, is supposed to be a two-piece item, and I sincerely doubt the case is supposed to be one of the two pieces. I ordered the Blu-ray that would give me a reason to get a Blu-ray player in the near future while still being able, due to the enclosed DVD, to play the movie in my DVD drive.
Now give me my fucking DVD, and do not make me pay more for it.
