Huh. Did Bobby ever know what season four Ruby looked like? He saw her in Lazarus Rising, of course, but he didn't know it was Ruby. The only other episodes they were both in are Are You There God, When the Levee Breaks, and Lucifer Rising, and they shared no scenes, weren't even in the same state except once. She was in his house in Heaven and Hell but he was in the Dominican Republic and I recall no indication that he had security cameras.
