why is doing shit so fucking hard.

avolition and executive function blues, I'm sure, possibly with a side of anhedonia but really who other than my grandmother takes pleasure in cleaning. (nobody around here, that's for sure.) but knowing why it is happening does not make it stop happening.

maybe I should bug bitesizedcleaning? but I want to be at work in two hours because overtime. (well, 'want to' is a little strong...)

a specific thing I would like to do with my degree when I finish school, or my current favorite thing about my classes

My plan with my WGSS degree has always been: write. Write better quality (that's what the writing minor is for), write better-informed about the various axes of oppression as intersectionally experienced, write better representation of underrepresented demographics. Write.

(I have so little time to write while in school and also working. It's frustrating and occasionally infuriating. I would have time winter break except winter break is when work stress amps up. I should leave for overtime about now, actually...)

My current favorite thing about my classes is honestly that term's over till January. While last term was in session it would have been the discussion boards in my Queer Studies class: so much exploration of assorted people's experiences!

Ah, the joys of overtime. By which I mean, argh, why did I want to do this for the next week and a half (at least) again?
