Jun. 30th, 2015 12:27 amnts: don't attempt to ground and center while driving. aside from it not working, it divides focus and that is never good when driving.
nobody hit anybody today, which, given that today involved (1) a car running a stop sign while I was in the intersection (2) a pedestrian stepping into the road when my car was at most ten feet from them, seems like a fucking miracle to me. but that latter is why I tried to ground and center while controlling a moving vehicle. an anxiety attack behind the wheel wasn't gonna do anybody any good either, and I was fifteen minutes' drive from home still. (the former, I was two blocks from work, so I parked and then grounded and centered.)
