Mar. 17th, 2016 10:17 amIt has finally occurred to me to contact my bank about the recurring transfers I can never manage to edit or delete. "We're sorry, but we're unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later." I KEEP TRYING AGAIN LATER.
...I can contact them by phone, mail, or fax. This online bank has zero online options for contacting them!

And you don't know how tempted I am to take a screencap of the error message, email it to myself at work where the printer and fax are, and then when I get to work put it in a Word doc, add the description of the rest of the error and an email address to contact me at, and print that off and fax it to them. Yes, that does sound like less hassle than picking up the phone.
ETA: Found the Message Center. They (1) hid it (2) did not mention it in the Contact Us dinglehopper. Three to five business days for a reply...
