(no subject)

Note to self: Next time you get a craving for cheesecake, buy some. I tried making some, which has just been a comedy of errors start to finish. If you want to know why I'm never going to be on any of the cooking reality shows Mom loves so much? It's got nothing to do with anxiety or any of that. It's got to do with how I ended up making two cheesecakes. See, I remembered the recipe called for 3 Tbsp sugar in the crust, and I guess I was thinking in terms of 3 units sugar for the filling. Units of sugar for the filling: cups. Cups singular.

(And the cheesecakes still need another couple hours in the fridge before they can be sliced and nommed. It is eleven pm.)
