I am going to do a Facebook/Twitter fast. I am hoping to avoid adding Dreamwidth (and #dreamwidth-bitch) to that list.

It's just, That Orange Man, and This Terrifying Nonsense I really should call my senators in the morning, and I don't want to be in an anxiety/depression spiral.

I'm trying to talk myself into self-carey tasks, like spiritual stuff and consuming media and sleep; I think my mind is convinced but my executive function needs persuading...
