Adrien's seen butterflies pinned to cards before. (Photos of, rather.) Under Alya's glare, Chat feels like a butterfly. "Ladybug," she says, biting out each syllable, "will fix those, as always."

I know I already did Sunday Six today—

—but this story's moving fast enough now I have vaguely plausible hopes of having it complete and the first chapter posted (in that order) before it's Sunday again, and it's not like this shit has rules, so here!

"Comm check," says Chat Noir.

"Say something," Rena Rouge says over the earpiece. "Anything."

"Test one two three," says Carapace at once.

Bunnyx grouches, "Anything but that." She's grinning.

Chat Noir suddenly has a lot more sympathy for Ladybug's incessant complaints that her partner is unfocused, unprofessional, and—in both senses—laughable.
