from apparently I'm expanding upon "the news is out (mama don't let 'em take me)":

"A common akuma power set," Ladybug says, head angled so the overenunciated words she's projecting to the whole studio don't go directly into Chat's ear, "is whatever the akumatized person already does well, taken to the next level. Chat Noir already has the power to turn all of Paris to rubble. Does cubing that power and making him unable to recall why Paris should stay standing sound like a good idea to anyone but Hawkmoth?"

Chat Noir shudders, holding Ladybug tighter.

"So if, Alec Cataldi," Ladybug continues, "if it ever once occurred to you that broadcasting that clip might either upset my partner enough for Hawkmoth to akumatize him, or upset me enough for Hawkmoth to try to akumatize me, then you had better hope I never find out, because I will chop you into fish food."

She pulls herself up by Chat's shoulders, far enough to whisper in his ear: "Don't even think about jumping in front of the fucking butterfly."
