alex learns spanish!
Aug. 24th, 2014 07:53 pmWhat brilliant person decided to make the first chapter of the introductory text of this learn-Spanish sequence (like, English-speaking person starting from zero Spanish vocab is where this text is supposed to be aimed) mostly in Spanish?
And it's not like I'm taking an on-campus course and have the teacher available to go "como se dice" and "qué significa" at in realtime, either. This is the text assigned to Ecampus SPAN 111. And because of reasons, I am trying to self-teach here. Reasons being, I have credit for SPAN 111, so I can't take the course for credit, but my previous study is like six years old and mostly long since memory-holed. And I need six sequential courses' worth of credit in a foreign language for my BA and Mandarin isn't an option.
Complained to my sister. She thinks I should suck up the tuition problem and retake SPAN 111. :(
